Plan 1 - £150

  • 30 minute chat and goal setting
  • 12 week training schedule sorted around work/life balance
  • Other sessions planned in to compliment running sessions
  • Various distances covered
  • Covered by public liability insurance
  • Check in every week
  • Weekly feedback and schedule alterations if required
  • Support in injury prevention
  • Support in nutrition / fuelling advice
  • Monthly run with coach
  • Support given anytime between check-ins

  • Support in injury prevention
  • Support in nutrition / fuelling advice
  • Monthly run with coach
